- Managing Operators, Housekeeping and Butler staff at the ladies floor.
- Preparing the working plans, for all ladies team as well as the administration.
- Observing and controlling the expenses involved in my working place.
- Provide the necessary training to any new member joining the Ladies team.
- Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner
- Mintain effecive communication with all related departement to ensure smooth service delivery

- Generate monthly call report for WR and pass journal to individual dept for phone bills using the main line 082-482020
- Operates the telephone Switchboard in SESCO Regional Office by connecting all incoming and outgoing calls for both internal and external customers.
- To take care and report on the telephone equitment and telephone line faults.
- To take massages and relay it to relevent person.
- As a receptionist for frointline, entertain customers enquiries on staff location and other general enquiries.
- To participate in 5S and Safety.
- Provide assistance to customers with special billing requests.
- Operate telephone switch boards and systems to advance and complete connections, including those for locals, long distance, pay telephone, mobile, person to person and emergency calls.
- Promote company products, services and savings when appropriate.
- Taking external and internal calls according standards
- Listen to customer’s requests, referring to alphabetical or geographical directories to answer queries and provide telephone information.
- Manage communication events and incident co-ordination.
- Offer special assistance to person such as those who are unable to dial or who are in emergency situations.
- Monitor automated system for placing collect calls and intervene for a caller’s needing assistance.
