technical training manager
- Observe work of Master Trainer to evaluate performance, and to recommend changes that could strengthen their teaching skills
- Develop instructional materials to be used by Master Trainers and Local Trainers.
- Update the content of Training programs to ensure that Technician are being trained with equipment and processes that are technologically current.
- Prepare budgets, and program policies and goals, or assist in their preparation.
- Develop classroom-based and distance learning training courses, using needs assessments and skill level analysis.
