- The position reimbursed Headquarter’s personnel for out of pocket expenses due for reimbursement from the Cooperative from a petty cash account and submitted a reconciliation Excel spreadsheet to the Accounting Department which accounted for dollar amounts distributed to named personnel and description of what those funds were used for by the person receiving the compensation. In turn keeping the petty cash account balance fluid.
- The Operations Clerk processed all electrical meter installations and removals and transformer installations and change outs on the Cooperative’s member’s accounts for the Headquarter’s members in all counties covered in the Headquarter’s territory for electrical service.
- This position assisted in the Cooperative’s social engagements ie Christmas party celebrations, Safety Recognition dinners etc., as well as making reservations and travel arrangements for outside training
