- Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers.
- Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.
- Conduct Orientation for all new joiners (Cinema Management team)
- Conducts Field Assessments & Recommends to Regional Manager for Certification for all new intakes.
- Ensure all policies are followed through accordingly
- Hiring and Recruitment of staff for existing & new branches
- Track & support Regional Manager by Monitoring on Staff Turnover, People Movements, Transfers & Promotions, Re-designation & Resignation.
- Establish procedures for custody or control of assets, records, or securities to ensure safekeeping.
- Train management on new policies and personal development.
