- Performing operational task for smooth office operation.
- Arrange and disburse stationaries items as per employees’ requirement through PMS.
- Ensure complete canteen management for employees’ lunch facilities.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and housekeeping activities.
- Negotiate and make agreement for extended office rental issue with landlord.
- Recruit support staff and evaluate them yearly with HRD.
- Project monitoring and supervise overall requirement and report to Chairman directly.
- Manage event for Executive Management’s personal and family’s program as per direction.
- Perform as assistant to Chairman & CEO and maintain all personal amenities confidentially.
- Safety, Security & Protocol Management for Chairman & CEO.
- Arrange Foreign Travel (Passport, Visa, Air Ticket & Hotel Booking) as per company’s requirement.
