- Provide product information when needed.
- Prepare sales receipts or credit memos.
- Maintain daily and monthly records related to sales.
- Perform general office duties; dust shelves and counters, email, phone, fax, order supplies.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Take inventory of in-store merchandise.
- Prepare recent shipments of goods for sale.
- Oversee the preparation of online orders.
- Manage the cash register when a customer is ready to pay.
- Maintain clean and organized environment.
