1. To manage a team of workers efficiency.
(a) To continuously educate workers on the importance of producing good quality gloves.
(b) To ensure that work delegated to workers are correctly executed and completed within the specified time frame.
(c) To train new workers.
(d) To motivate and discipline workers when necessary.
(e) To ensure sufficient manpower to operate the production line.
(f) To ensure factory rules and regulations are strictly adhered to by every worker
(g) To control absenteeism of worker.
(h) To highlight and provide feedback to supervisor on the work progress and other related matter from time to time.

2. To operate production line smoothly and effectively.
(a) To ensure enough supply of steam, natural gas, process chemicals and compounded latex for daily production.
(b) To check and analyze all production record in order to prepare daily production summary report.
(c) To ensure preventive maintenance on all production equipments and to ensure equipment efficiency to reduce production downtime and increase productivity.

3. To ensure production of gloves are of good quality.
(a) To maintain effectiveness and implementation of production work instruction.
(b) To sample check from time to time in order to detect and troubleshoot product quality problem.
(c) To highlight defects of gloves to the attention of the Compounding, QA and Packing Departments.

4. To maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of Production Department.
(a) To ensure proper arrangement of gloves before and after QA.
(b) To carry out routine cleaning.

5. To ensure the safety of workers.
(a) To ensure workers follow the safety precautions when handling chemicals and steam.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze water samples for the value of COD using opened and closed reflux technique through titration method.
2. Analyze water samples for the presence of Cyanide, Fluoride, Formaldehyde and Sulphate by using HACH instrument.
3. Analyze water samples for the presence of Arsenic and Mercury by using AAS instrument.
4. Analyze water samples for the presence of Silica by using UV-Vis instrument.
5. Analyze water samples for the value of turbidity by using Turbidity meter.
6. Analyze water samples for the value of its pH.
7. Analyze water samples for the presence of total solids and organic solids through Weight Analysis.
9. Analyze water samples for the presence of various metals using ICP method.
