- Ensuring Proper & High-Quality Training & Maintenance of necessary papers keeping procedure like Attendance and Requisition of Center along with Student’s Aids, Training Schedule, Syllabus, Training Methodology, Arrangement of Students & Trainer interaction Session, Mock Interviews Session, Assessment, Fees Collection and Certification.
- Check Log Book maintained by Associates Trainer to ensure proper progress of training and Coordination with them
- Liaison with L&D Team, Curriculum Department & Placement
- Accurate and Timely Update of Central Management Information System.
- Worked with the wider CBI team in developing a centre of best practice in Human Resource Development and Organization Development.
- Responsible for the execution of Management Trainee training.
- Motivate FA’s by being a role model delivering the ideal ABFRL experience.
- Analyzing post training effectiveness and providing feedback to SPO.
- Ensure conducive work environment ,positive morale, quality, creativity and team work
- Maintain reports and track performance from time to time
- Assisting Training Manager in Ad-hoc reports
