- Maintain quality in all areas of leasing and day to day office tasks using Excel, Yardi Voyager, Onsite and Blue Moon lease
- Conduct weekly market surveys to be aware of competitor market rents in the area
- Resolve resident complaints and maintain record of action taken
- Enter and follow up on all work orders throughout the community
