- Able to gain confidence and competency in handling tables.
- To ensure compliance with rules and procedure in gaming.
- Assist in the handling of all guest related matters with positive outcomes on disagreements in a consistent, professional manner to ensure return visits
- Provide accurate and efficient dealing while following proper game procedures
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
- Provides courteous service and is cordial to all patrons and team members
- Remind players about rules and regulations of the games.
- Keep record of the bet amount accurately and collect bets from losers and pay bets to winners appropriately.
- Create enjoyable and fun atmosphere by attending to player’s needs politely.
- Report any unlawful act to the floor manager immediately.
- Communicate to floor manager regarding costumer request or disturbed situation which is not in the jurisdiction of casino dealer for further action.
