- Record all acquisitions, sales and loans (origination, modification, and refinancing)
- Review all monthly reports created by outside property managers , resolve any discrepancies
- All cash management functions
- All basic general accounting functions including AP/AR /GL/ bank reconciliations and payroll
- Coordinate and direct the financial planning and procurement activities of the retail model of the company.
- Achieving budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Direct client management with resolving issues concerning invoices and delivery schedules.
- Identifying best selling products and brands through data analysis.
- Controlling AVLS System (Automatic Vehicle Locating System) of whole BRTS.
- Managing Operations of BRTS Management system.
- Criticis (Creating Incidents) problem in whole managing staff and system (Security Staff, Ticketing staff, Supervising Staff).
- Checking ctivities from CCTV.
