Paid the carriers each pay cycle. Handled complaints from residents about the delivery of their papers. Subbed on routes when no alternate was available. After carriers were no longer used, delivered papers to the racks each week, restocking some as needed. Adjusted circulation numbers as needed. Figured out postage and filled out the forms each week for the papers delivered by mail. Following Postal regulations, validated the postal numbers through regular surveys.
  • Created ads for customers. Created a mock-up of the paper each week and helped put it together.
