  • General Cleaning, kitchens can get very messy quickly and one of my duties would be keeping the countertops, equiptment, cafeteria and floors clean and sanitised.

  • Working Under Preasure, in a smaller kitchen there was some down time, giving me the opportunity to learn from the chef I was assistinging however it was still a fast paced job which means I learnt how to do my duties incredibly fast yet accurately.
