- Review the scope and other documents needed to perform the estimates from the clients.
- Assign and coordinate with team the incoming projects, monitor and supervise to ensure completion on clients time.
- Performs Quality control prior to submission to the clients.

- Responsible for developing the baseline Engineering and Procurement schedule while supporting the development of the construction schedule.
