- Interface with employees level at HQ to execute project activities, trouble shoot issues and build on-going relationships with the aim of securing additional follow up engagement with the HR department.
- Develops, designs and implements program/initiatives to include evaluations plans that measure impact of intervention on individuals, employee levels and departments.
- Facilitate training program, focus group, board meeting sessions with senior management.
- Facilitate leadership or management meeting by bringing structure to meetings, coaching participants in their roles and responsibilities so as to achieved defined management outcome.
