1) Assist QA Engineer to make report such as incoming rejection report to supplier and line rejection report.

2) Assist QA Engineer to check new product or prototype and make report such pass, reject, or hold.

3) To inspect existing products on incoming store/warehouse such as colour, thickness, length, width and functional in good before pass to assembler line/production.

4) To inspect finish good product before shipping/packing team can warping or pack into crate, box or pallet the product.

5) To assist shipping/packing team to determine correct destinations of finish good product before can seal the crate, box or pallet.

6) To assist shipping/packing team not seal  empty container to oversea customers such as UK, Germany, Norway, Cyprus, France, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, HK or Singapore and Malaysia customer also.

7) Achievement, can proved to customer such UK if they received the product in box is NG by pictures before shipping/packing team seal the box, crate or pallet and investigate the cases with engineers and determine what’s the cause, root cause, and correction active.

1) Test chemical such as catalyst, acid and chip by laboratories tool and recorded all of the results. Finally, report the results to controller room or production officers. 

2) Recycle old sample to become new good specification/reference such colour or reading for all quality control member follow.
