Managed nine supervisors and 107 hourly employees performing flight deck modifications on United States Air Force aircraft, installing updated avionics and new aircraft wiring.  

Performed aircraft avionics modification and upgrades, preformed aircraft return to service maintenance on F-5 aircraft.  Installed wiring, terminated cables and perform operation checks in accordance with technical specifications.  

1979-1985 performed the duties of an aircraft electrician repairing aircraft electrical systems, completing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on S-3A/B and P-3B aircraft.

1986-1990 performed duties as a P-3 Flight engineer and electrical work center supervisor. Performed pre-flight and post-flight inspections on P-3B/C aircraft in accordance with inspection cards. Operate aircraft engines, managed/monitored aircraft systems during flight.   As electrical supervisor, managed 14 electricians preform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance  on nine P-3 aircraft.

1990-2003 performed the duties as a maintenance control chief, managing all aspects on aircraft maintenance, certified to release aircraft safe for flight, briefed and debriefed aircrew prior too and after flights. As a P-3 flight engineer, performed pre-flight and post-flight inspections on P-3B/C aircraft in accordance with inspection cards. Operate aircraft engines, managed/monitored aircraft systems during flight

2004-2005 Quality Assurance Supervisor, preformed the duties as the quality assurance supervisor for the aircraft intermediate maintenance department assigned to the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) in accordance with OPNAVINST 4790.2 series and COMNAVAIRFORCEINST 4790.2 series.
