Utilize the Agile process framework, e.g. the Kanban method, to isolate, prioritize, and resolve high impact issues concerning hardware, software, client-level, and infrastructure. Independently and collaboratively author IT “White Papers” and technical bulletins supporting newly integrated technologies and the documentation of procedural changes, ensuring deadlines are met in respect to schedule, delivery, and accuracy.
  • Utilize LeanKit, Slack, and SharePoint in cooperation among team members, tracking and analyzing system-wide incident request trends, reporting common performance issues, submitting tech bulletins, addressing security vulnerabilities, and seeing through the execution of large scale projects, end-to-end. Contribute to weekly conferences pertaining to Data Circuit Enhancements, National Server Backups, DHS Security Technical Implementation (STIG), Enterprise Applications, Verizon Touch Point, and Special Projects.
  • Routinely provide mentoring and guidance, conducting hands-on technical presentations to assist peers with imminent technologies, forthcoming projects, and agency-wide initiatives regarding IT, bettering end-to-end support for the business and clientele. Offer technical, mainstream, but thorough reporting with “How To” documentation on incident resolution. Convey system outages, organizational announcements, and IT News via email dissemination and weekly “WorkForce” collaborations.
  • Designated Regional Lead contact for multiple enterprise services including, but not limited to the management and deployment of Group Policy (GPO), Active Directory, PowerShell APP/script development, SCCM, Server Administration, and VBScript/Logon script remediation and migration.
