  • Inspect pre-grout alignments for rotating equipment, concrete foundation pours, concrete test samples during and after construction for quality, or general conformance to specifications and codes.
  • Write inspection reports describing results, recommendations, or needed repairs. Maintain daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs.
  • Compile Surveillance Reports for installed, and stored equipment requiring Preventative Maintenance. Compile OS&D Report for damaged material.
  • Inspect and monitor all Ethylene Oxide Service (EO) and Oxygen Service (O2) material, instrumentation, piping, and equipment to ensure installation is performed properly and in compliance with applicable procedures for cleanliness. (EO/O2 Quality Assurance Program)
  • Confer with materials management, to provide required documentation for quality test reports, installation, storage and handling procedures to maintain material, piping, and equipment.
