- Supervised and Trained a team of 3 custodians who reported directly me.
- Maintained and cleaned areas of Liberty University daily.

- Oversaw administrative office operations in support of executive leadership staff.
- Assist Computer Analyst in the onboarding process of new employees.
- Scheduled and coordinate trainings/meetings for all team members.
- Provide expert first line customer service support including project intake, entry, tracking, review, and delivery.
- Input and complete all team members labor hours weekly.
- Check and complete all 42 custodian’s timesheets at the end of each pay period.
- Requisition and Maintain inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure procurement on timely basis.
- Ensure accuracy of all invoices.
- Prep and load all supplies per custodian’s request
- Inspect facilities and grounds to ensure that proper upkeep of both is maintained.
