     Been a car and motorcycle guy most of my life. Can fluently engage in car or motorcycle talk and have ridden motorcycles over a half a million miles. Easy going personality and consider myself a good teacher. Have experience in both domestic cars as well as imports. I usually learn quickly.

     I started my car career with Jack Crew, the owner of Trophy Honda Mazda Toyota in 1998 and stayed with Trophy as Mazda Sales manager until they sold to the Gillmans in 2001. Stayed with the Gillmans and then Lawrence Marshall when they bought the store. 
    Before any of this, I was self-employed in the restaurant business in Atoka Oklahoma for 18 years.

New Car Sales Manager, Simonis, Von and Abshire
I was transferred to this store to help correct some problems as it's a fairly new store. Had limited time to turn it around and while there was some successes, they decided to replace several sales managers and start over. The owner, Hoyte Ridlehuber and myself still have a great relationship and consider him a friend. He would give me a good recommendation. 
Jul. 2014 – May. 2015 Maishaside, Missouri
New Car Sales Manager/ acting General Manager, Corwin, Johns and Ward
     I was transferred to Texoma Hyundai from Bonham Chrysler by the late owner, Eugene Knies. I had been the New Car Sales Manager and Inventory manager for the previous year at Bonham Chrysler. I went to Texoma Hyundai and oversaw a sales staff of 12 salespeople, and was able to improve the inventory as well as the sales. 
     Took the store from selling an average of 31 new Hyundais each month to averaging 58 new Hyundais each month. Was there for 6 years. 
     In July of 2014, the store officially changed hands and was purchased by Rick Ford, CEO of the RFJ Auto Group. 2 of the 6 years was with them.
Jun. 2008 – Jul. 2009 South Adrianamouth, Washington
Pre-Owned/ New Car Sales Manager, Bailey and Sons
     I had previously been a salesman at Bonham Chrysler and had left to become New Car Sales Manager at Troy Aikman Ford in Dallas. Cory Byrd was the GM at Troy Aikman Ford and I had worked with Cory while he was the GM for Lawrence Marshall Honda Nissan Toyota in Denison, Tx. I left Troy Aikman Ford and went back to Bonham Chrysler as a Sales Manager in pre-owned. I oversaw 10 salespeople as well as overseeing the pre_owned inventory. 
     In 2009, they moved me from pre-owned to New where I was able to improve the new car inventory. This included ordering units, merchandising and lot set-up and flow. Was transferred to Texoma Hyundai (Same owners - 4 Wheels Auto Group) in August 2010.
Feb. 2007 – Apr. 2007 West Dwightbury, Arizona
New Car Sales Manager, Moore, Flatley and Effertz
      Was recruited to join Cory Byrd at Troy Aikman Ford in Dallas. Had worked previously with Cory while he was GM at Lawrence Marshall Honda Nissan Toyota in Denison, Tx.
   The Ford store had been under-performing before Cory Byrd had arrived and he had recruited several of the managers that were at Lawrence Marshall. We were able to make the store turn a profit after 3 months  and maintained profitability for 7 out of 12 months.  After Cory Byrd quit Lawrence Marshall, I initially decided to stay as Sales manager at Lawrence Marshall Nissan. The new GM arrived at Lawrence Marshall, (Kyle Risenhoover) and we worked together for 2 months before he decided to replace me with someone that he knew better. I decided to forgo the trek into Dallas every day so went to Bonham Chrysler for a few months to sell as they had no manager openings. I finally decided to go to work with Cory Byrd and make the drive. It turned out to be a good move and left on my own accord after the stores inventory received a lot hail and all inventory was damaged. I left because I was unhappy with the way the hail damage money was dispersed.
