  • Prepare the first budget of the project and cost baseline includes the project’s WBSs with the distribution of the budget of each WBS and each activity.
  • Monitoring and controlling the actual cost and the committed cost of sub-contractors, supplied materials and manpower against the take-off quantities and approved budgeted unit rates in the budget.
  • Tracking all approved changes notices and updating the cost baseline and the Project budget.
  • Assisting in Providing monthly cost report with periodically calculation of estimate to complete and tracking cost performance index and schedule performance index using earned value technique.

  • Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly production and accomplishment report that will provide sufficient information to Project Management Team and the Corporate on the productivity of the project. 
  • Compare operation’s productivity against the target set and agreed by the Project Management Team and Engineering and provide recommendations on ways to improve the project’s overall output. 
  • Prepare periodic report and production summaries as required by the Client. 
  • Coordinate closely together with the Client’s Engineering Team regarding the weekly and monthly production target. 
  • Prepare Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly mine plans which will be presented to the client. 
  • Prepare billing statement for the production total material moved (raw materials).

  • Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
  •  Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
