As a waitress, it was a requirement to take orders and serve food and beverages to customers at tables in the dining establishment. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take appropriate action to correct any problems. Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction. As a hostess, it was required to provide guests with menus. Also, to assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seating’s. At IHOP locations, waiter's/waitress's and host's/hostess's also handled the customers' bills and payment methods. 

As a ride attendant, it is the responsibility to supervise, monitor, repair, and attend to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers. Starting and stopping rides, ensuring passengers exit safely, and making sure guest adhere to the safety rules is also a part of your responsibility as an attendant. Not only are those responsibilities, it is also important to interact with guest to encourage a friendly environment.
