  • To ensure the achievement of a level of Productivity as projected in the Business Plan, as well as achieving the technological and organizational standards of the Plan of Improvement. Further he has to undertake continuous improvement for the efficiency of each channel of the Group, while constantly monitoring the Production Process, machines, direct and indirect activities. He has to be responsible for control of results.
