Welding numerous types and sizes of metal material in band form.
Ware Bands (a band that fits around oil seal of CAT engine); cut-off and weld to specified size, grind down to smoothness, test with diamond smoother to check hardness to meet high standard of quality for oil leak prevention.
Cut-off; raw coil form material cut at desired length to be welded with very little to no tolerance.
Blazing Blades; strips cut to specific length put through a blade straightener to achieve a wavy to straight consistency. Blade is then sent to lazar cut.
Normac; machine used to cut teeth into raw material at certain thickness and width by use of a dressing wheel.
Heat Treat; coils of blade fed through water cooled electric heating element to achieve specified tooth hardness.
Perform tinsel checks on all welds, checking for hardness, achieving quality welds at a high standard.

Working as a welder for camaco some of my responsibilities are to fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
As a Welders we produce metal products according to customer or employer needs.
Im also responsible to use multiple welding machines to repair and maintain metal equipment and structures of various sizes.
While going forward with my welding experience I’m also able to interpret diagrams, sketches and blueprints to determine operations, required materials and timeframes for projects.
