Freelance consultant for visual/graphic design projects using ‘Adobe Photoshop’ and ‘Cinema4D’ software.

Employed in Airflite Warehouse/Stores for PC9 Aircraft Spares.   I look after Receipts and Despatch for Aircraft parts coming in and out of Airflite. There are 7 Sub Warehouses that i look after and ensure that each one is up to-date with spares / parts for each maintenance activities on a daily basis.

I order spares parts when required utilising the Defence Supply System.

 Conduct stock-takes in each warehouse once a month which assists in maintaining stock levels.

Duties included the following;
– Dispatch Aircraft Parts to Jandakot, Moorabbin and other repair facilities along with Other Defence Base including Army and Navy
– Dispatch incoming Spares and Consumables to one of the 7 warehouses used in Airflite East Sale (AIE)
– Organised my own Excel Spread sheet for tracking items ordered that was placed in the MILIS System
– Compiled End of Month Reports for the Warehouse’s which include;

– Maintain Storage of Dangerous Goods held at AIE
– Communicating with All other warehouses at Airflite for the delivery and collection of goods.
– Organising a Stock-take for each warehouse once a month
– Receipting of spare parts / work shop consumables for AIE and organise them into their proper area either for picked up from one of the other warehouse or be put away by myself in the the Main Warehouse.
– Maintaining the SCA’s that are under AIE control 
– placing ordered in the MILIS system for items that are needed or are required for the aircraft crew to complete there repair on the PC9
– Pack and Unpack items to be stored in proper shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or DG Shed.
– Mark incoming items using the GRN label tags with the correct info needed before putting them away
– Issue or distribute aircraft parts and supplies to AIE crew based on the information from incoming req’s

A multi-skilled, hardworking and efficient warehouse /Stores assistant  ensuring the smooth functioning and running of all warehouse concerning activities. Able to follow standard operating procedures and work in a methodical and tidy manner. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of material / stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures. – Managed Warehouse Computer Spreadsheets which included details of all stock in and out of the Warehouse
– Compiled End of Month Reports for the Main Warehouse which included: 

– Compiling End of Month Delivery Costs for Defence
– Fork Lift Tasks – Loading and Unloading Goods onto Delivery Trucks
– Maintained the Storage of Quarantine Items 
– Liaising with All Units at RAAF Base East Sale for the delivery and collection of goods.
– Liaised with Item Owners for the Dispatch  of Stock (EG: AMSPO – MLB for  45KVA Gensets to RAAF Bases after they had been overhauled by MEOMS)

Provided inventory management, storage and physical distribution of materiel, and sustained logistics system support for the Air Force using the ADF logistics support systems.
Transfield was then re-named to Broadspectrum.

Store-man duties – Packing / Unpacking of goods and maintained a clean environment.  Duties also included the Stocktaking of Pallets and Servicing Customers

Primary Duties were undertaken at RAAF Base East Sale – Mechanical Engineering Operations Maintenance Section – MEOMS. 
Duties included
 – Workshop General Cleaning, Assist in Minor Maintenance on Ground Servicing Equipment, 
– Forklift Duties,
– Vehicle Detailing,
– Update Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all work areas within MEOMS Workhops
 – Raising Defence Bookworms – AD049 – Vehicle Authorisation for use with all Defence Vehicles on the Base at RAAF East Sale
 – Fuel Audits using Defence Fuel System for all fuels issued to Defence Vehicles and Ground Support Equipment
– Obtaining Quotation and raising the Procurement Paperwork for the supply of Workshop Consumables / spares.
