I was involved in requirement gathering, providing solution, architecture design and development.

Project : Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning(Org Migration)

We are trying to move our Salesforce Organization from Classic to Lightning. For that I converted our classic Vf pages into Lightning Components along with that transformation of the Custom button creating Lightning Record Pages and Lightning Communities. It’s still in the working phase and we are working on it.

At Cvent, all changes/enhancements pushed from sandbox to production was categorized and tagged under monthly Major and Minor releases. All the changes were pushed via ANT Migration toolkit. I was heavily involved in the software implementation process, defining milestones, verifying release criteria.

Project : Migration to Products Pricebook

The products being sold were tracked under Custom object. However, Salesforce do provide Standard functionality in terms of products and Pricebook. Products are the individual items or services that you sell to customers. As price of products will differ per customer –depending on who is buying, when they are buying, or in what quantity. To accommodate this flexibility, a Product can exist in Salesforce with many different associated prices, using a feature called Price Books and Price Book Entries.

Development of complex tender business process which help the client Services to automate the EB SB process. The Client Surveys are pulled from Survey tool and are stored in the Salesforce instance. Post this the assignment is done using Round Robin technique.

As a part of Tier Services to customer, Cvent introduced the differentiated service to customer based on revenue recognition from customer. Historically, Cvent used to provide same level of service to each customer irrespective of how much revenue is generated. Leadership introduced the concept of Differentiated services based on how much potential customer possess in terms of revenue recognition. The goal of “Differentiated Services” is to give specific level of service to different investor.

As a part of Lanyon-Cvent Integration , I need to figure out a way to see the Lanyon Account Details from Cvent Org on a click of a button with trying to login into Lanyon. For this I figured out a way and use the Front Door script of salesforce to built this.

Created a mobile application for their Veolia account. This is a
Waste-Management Company which deals in waste. So, basically, they wanted a Salesforce1 application for capturing its sales. Veolia Environment teams do not have a central system for capturing its sales. For customer contact information, waste type and Receipts,
currently there is no automated process. This results in preventing Sales, Waste Management and Client Services from having a holistic view of the client Communications.

• The requirement was to relate Campaign with Lead, Account (Contact and Opportunity), Meeting and Engagement Object(s). The goal of “Campaign Management Simplification Project” is to reduce the confusion of which Contact(s) are related to Campaign(s) and how many meetings or engagements are under a specific Campaign.
• To rectify this issue, we must create some triggers, VF pages, validation rules, batch classes and scheduler class.

Administrative and development related tasks like consigning Roles, creating Profiles, Visual Force pages, Validation Rules, Users, Custom Reports, Workflows, Email Services and Templates, Approvals.
