- Managing 3 outlets end-to-end, from its revenue to hiring and managing manpower to process adherence.
- Hiring and managing the entire outlet team consisting of Product Makers, Delivery Fleet, and Store Managers.
- Tracking and managing the teams performance and incentives, leading them to ensure all SOPs are being followed and business objectives are being met.
- Responsible for revenue growth of all outlets through maintaining customer experience and via marketing activities.
- Implementing all standard processes set by the company regarding Product and Service and ensure they are being followed to prevent misuse and wastage.
