- Achievements:Co-authored a case-study with 3 Operations faculties on the Operational problems and dilemmas faced in the institute food court such as high food wastage, inconsistent food quality, wrong forecasts, peak and non-peak hours in the food court, high waiting time in the queues and lead time, low variety etc.
- Based on my previous work experience, suggested an elective subject on Lean Management and Theory of Constraints (TOC) called ‘Theory of Constraints for Business Transformation’
- Was involved in design of the course work and organizing workshops, live webinars, industry visits and Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO)Fundamentals Certification Exam for the students
- The course has been be introduced in January 2019 and that is currently available only at IIM Raipur out of the 20 IIMs
