• Inspect final products by confirming specifications, conducting visual inspection and rejecting unacceptaable products that fail to meet quality expectations. 
• Operates advanced vision inspection system like Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) Equipment, Verification and Repair Station (VRS) and Microscope which are involved in the analysis of products.
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
• Notify supervisors of the defects found and help to analyze and correct production problems. 
• Report and record inspection data.

• Field inspection of construction activities
• Confer with supervisory personnel, clients, and third party contractors to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, revisions, or construction problems. 
• Compile and audit quality control turnover package for clients
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately and repetitively.

• Must be able to evaluate the quantity and acceptable standards of leather.
• The Leather Inspector/Sorter will be responsible for the leather receiving, quality and inventory.Coaching, training, and disciplining for this position are provided and coordinated by the Cutting Department Team Coach.
• Ability to understand specifications and evaluate leathers in accordance with the specifications.
•  Requires strength to move and life heavy racks loaded with leather.

• Performed line monitoring and material reliability test activities, 
• Ensured that lots have duly passed quality inspection and conformance tests.
• Prepare pressure testing plans, verify calibration certificates of dead weights, gauges and recorders, witness pressure testing activities
•  Document creation and control 

• Ensure all client specifications, ITPs and codes of construction are followed
• Review isometric drawings and P&IDs, populate acorn drawings for welding and fabrication, 
• Verify material receiving to client specifications 
• Populate and submit RFIs, NCRs
• Verify qualifications of welding, coating and NDE inspection personnel 
• Supervise welding and fabricating, visual and dimensional inspections, verification of compliance to client specifications and regulatory code of construction requirements
• Create requests and review of NDE results, monitor NDE repairs 

• Complete periodic line checks to determine compliance with product specification.
• Inspecting the dimensional accuracy of the product on a CMM machine.
• Checking the consistency of the raw materials on a spectrometer.
• Document first piece, in-process and final inspections.
