  • Record and inspect in daily use of raw materials and ingredients    for hotmeal production.
  • Monitoring the making of cake and hotmeals in aspects such as hygiene and the quality of the end products in compliance with KKM, and HALAL.
  •  Ensuring the production teams are in compliance with the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) from Headquarters Secret Recipe Kuala Lumpur in every production of cakes and hotmeal.
  • Inspect and record incoming raw materials such as poultry items, fruits, and vegetable to be in a good quality.
  •  Inspect and record frozen item and dry item quantity and quality delivered from Secret Recipe HQ from 3rd party container and ensuring the temperature for the storage to be in controlled.
  •   Weekly checking of First in First out (FIFO) for hotmeal.
  •  Ensure all staff are following all rules and regulations which in compliance with HALAL, KKM, and GMP.
