• Developing an awareness of information needs and priorities
• Communicating analytical/statistical matters to non-analytical/statistical professionals
• Providing campaign support to local partners by acting as a Subject Matter Expert

• Providing Technical Team support by undertaking complex data analysis and interpretation for global research  studies
• Undertaking statistical analyses such as age standardisation, significance testing and regression modelling using specialist analytical software
• Exercising judgement in interpreting statistics appropriately, especially where the data indicates a negative or contentious situation
• Developing The Behavioural Risk Factor Surveillance System
• Investigating data anomalies identified during analyses, and encouraging corrective action as required
• Developing standard database queries and spreadsheets to undertake routine analysis
• Interacting with key stakeholders and partners from the United Nations and local partners
