Professional Summary
I’ve been working on elctronics for years and have worked with some high profiled people including some city and county leaders. By working many individuals, i’ve developed great social skills, and have become quite the problem solver.
I believe good health with keep most of lifes problems away, and i feel when you see someone who is down you should atleast try to give a helping hand.
I am a leader, a brother, and a God fearing man, and I’ll never let anyone or anything distract me from achieving my goal!
Employment history
In the mornings when I open the department,I first check for expired dates and rotten produce. Then I prepare our stores “Wet-Wall”; it holds all of our fresh produce including: organic and nun-organic greens, lettuces, herbs ad many more. After that I’ll set up our produce tables while handstacking them and facing the shelves. Next I am required to unload and breakdown our departments daily truck using a pallet jack. Then finally I work the product from the truck and go home with a job well done.
When I work the night shift I am to first come in and block the department and handstack produce tables. Then I am to work out all remaining product that is left in our backroom and cooler form the morning. Once that is done I am to grade the department by checking for all expired and rotten produce, while pulling the product from our “Wet-Wall”, and storing them where they belong in the cooler. The once again I go home with a job well done.
When new employees come in, I am to train them on how the department operates, and I am to teach food safety.
Since I was the the kitchen leader, I was also required to train all new employees who were going to be working at the Dougherty and Lee County locations. I was to teach food safety, how to cut and clean chicken, how to rotate and store our food, and all the requirements for the job including unloading the truck. It was a lot, but I got all of it done everyday without complaining.
