Indix, being a startup, I was fortunate to play multiple roles catering to software engineering, engineering leadership, product management and customer success.
As a Product Manager [Dec 2017 to present]:
  • Define the roadmap for Site Ingestion platform responsible for transforming 1000+ unstructured eCommerce websites to structured data and drove its end-end execution.
  • Own the vision of scaling the platform by building tools for crawling, parsing & seeding websites for extracting structured product information.

  • One such customer whom I manage is Samsung Mall, a shopping app pre-installed across 22+ Samsung devices (30% market smartphone market share in India). The Mall app content and API is powered by Indix and showcases products from Indian eCommerce websites. I own the operations and API roadmap of Samsung Mall which include ingesting e-commerce websites, structure its content, classify to categories, extract brand, match similar products and enable search on 60 million+ products.
  • Manage API schema & integration roadmap, which include functionalities of search system like spell checker, lemmatization, stemmer, Aliasing, search relevance, autosuggest & DCG scoring.

The EEC is the Engine Electronic Controller, the digital processing heart of the Full Authority Digital Electronic Controller. The EEC is dual redundant with all subs-systems such as sensors, cables etc duplicated,
