• Lead end to end delivery of PeopleTools upgrade 8.55 including initial assessment, preparation of technical design documents, build and implementation activities, go live and warranty support
• Performed fit gap analysis and retrofit activity while applying HCM bundles for People Soft 9.1 application
• Responsible for managing team of 6 members in work assignment and ensure deliverables are met as expected
• Collaborated with business stakeholders , management team , PS admin team and other project teams to ensure the smooth workflow
• Closely worked with oracle support team to obtain the solutions for critical SRs without affecting the project milestones
• Involved in preparing governance documents for each stage
