•  Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions in order to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted.

• Build and maintain an effective rapport with the client.  Deliver on client’s financial goals and operational expectations, as well as build relations with customers for constant business and growth.  
• Responsible for all Aramark financial processes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  Identify trends in sales and operations in order to perform at highest level.  Handle all daily cash and banking.
• Comply with the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives. Lead the hourly associates and chef manager to embody the qualities that set the team up for success in hitting our production, quality and control goals.
• Lead daily meetings with associates and managers to ensure we are executing and performing efficiently.  Highlight teaching moments to empower and develop the hourly associates.  Always lead by example and engage the staff by recognizing and rewarding excellent behaviors in the work place.
