• Handle machine (EG4090X-prober, EG2001X-prober, BTC, HARDBAKE OVEN, WENTWORTH, )
• Train others to install, use, or maintain Arm robots.
• Calibrate machines as per specified settings and intervals.
• Prepare spare parts, consumable needed on PM area.

• Maintain TRD machine in good condition.
• Repair machine with in 15 minutes to avoid downtime in production.
• Always fill up the repair record when changing any part of the machine.
• Daily checking of the machine.

• Converts machine plunger assembly for other device models
• Perform Upgrade of machine firmware version.
• Communicate with immediate superiors for machines issues.
• Analyze root cause of defects of device.
• Perform Periodic maintenance on gravity feed handler ( MT93xx, Rasco handler)
• Report Availabilities of machine endorse from PM area to production.  
• Support Line maintenance and handler support groups on major machine breakdown.

• Assembly of electronic equipment
• Configuring control systems based on customer specifications and requirements
• Adherence to customer supplied electrical schematics and assembly instructions
• Soldering and wiring of electrical equipment
• Usage of SAP systems
