• Conducted an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) on various Portfolio Management tools for adoption by ORA executive leadership

• Created Enterprise IT Roadmap for ORA that provides IT work outlines based on established principles, ORA business drivers and technology initiatives. This helped investment managers to understand the IT vision so that the best business proposals in the pipeline could be accurately identified and funded
• Authored a Domain Information Model (DIM) to accurately define ORA business functional areas and processes
• Created XML schema definitions to facilitate data exchange with ORA’s regulatory partners to achieve near real time transfer (NRT) of food sample analysis data. This helps with surveillance, prevention of disease outbreaks and better coordination between state agencies and FDA
• Created Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Detailed Technical Design (DTD) documents for data exchange between ORA and State labs
• Partnered with implementation contractor teams to help guide technology choices for adherence to ORA IT standards
• Conducted reviews of application design in conjunction with CMU (Carnegie Mellon University) for adherence to ORA design principles
• Worked with ORA executive leadership and implementation teams to document use cases, process flows and guide solution architecture
