  • Liaising with Clients and understanding their barriers and help look for suitable work
  • Booking and planning Individual Participation Plan with the job seeker to motivate and participate in activities that can potentially lead to employment
  • Weekly Team meetings with fellow Staff members
  • Commence, Engage and case-manage job seekers to ensure ongoing participation
  • Provide support to job seekers to maintain sustainable paid work and work experience
  • Maintain files, claim evidence and completed forms in line with any other documents with DEEWR
  • Maintain a level of understanding of, and compliance with, contractual agreements
