- Respond to the client’s complaints and visit the sites to conduct inspections
- Responsible to inspect the working of the elevators and perform maintenance functions regularly to maintain its efficiency
- Test the performance of the motors, brakes and switches and identify any instance of malfunctioning
- Maintain a log book of the dates and details of the repair work performed
