– Receipt of Work order, review and planning.
– Preparing and implementation of production schedule as per
customer requirements.
– Review of received drawings and gets clarification if required.
– Ensuring Machinery & Tools, Process, Drawings for
production routines.
– Responsible to ensure the all department activities with
respect to project.
– Monthly review and achievement of ISO Quality Objectives
– Record & attend customer requirements & complaints
– Minimize waste products and help in improving the overall
efficiency of the plant and production procedure.
– Ensure total quality management (TQM) to meet the
customer’s Requirements. (GTP, QAP and with factory QAP)
– Ensuring quality of Inward materials (Incoming Inspection), in
process and QC check lists.
– Coordinating with procurement, production and design
departments to complete the projects.
– Maintaining the Rejection analysis records and Quarterly
analysis of the Rejection reports.
– Ensuring the line inspections and daily routine inspections of
the projects.
– Routine Tests on Switchgear panels and Electrical
components
– Analysing the failures and ensuring the Corrective actions and
Preventive actions (CAPA)
– Maintenance of calibration records and calibration equipment
and tools.
– Scheduling and preparation of the testing as per the test
specifications and preparation of the test reports.
– Coordinating with customers for witness inspections and for
service complaints of the panels.
– Guiding/Train the wire men and assembly persons based on
the project/JOB specifications and requirements.
