• Managing budgets and expenses
• Conduct Internal Investigations
• Maintain CCTV equipment, and key control in stores

• Support 26 stores in shrink reduction strategies
• Oversee Annual Inventory counts
• Coaching and Developing Management and associates on product protection, shrink reduction, merchandising, and customer experience programs
• Conducting corporate audits in stores throughout multiple Districts
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Store Management teams and Regional partners
• Manage Investigators and Contract employees
• Support multiple store openings throughout the year
