• Gives appraisal and recommendations to DC personnels who are worthy in their positions. 
• Functionally handled forty five personnel at receiving  and 15 from outgoing administratively in a  4000SQM  warehouse including outgoing area. 

• Monitors all receiving transaction such as direct to Manila Deliveries,   Local Deliveries, transfers from other Prince Distribution Centers and store to  store transfer via DC. 
• Responsible in coordinating Store Receiving Supervisors any discrepancies during deliveries and evaluates possible causes of errors. 
• Makes action plan and provide dispositions to resolve receiving issues. 
• Coordinates with the merchandising in reactivating canceled PO, PO not found in the system and request for RE-PO. 
• Supervises overall transactions in receiving from FCL to checking, indexing and endorsement of both documents and actual items to the Outgoing Team.
•  Monitors the process flow in returning BO items direct to the suppliers and through satellite distribution centers. 
• Monitors activities done by the receiving personnel and report any unusual incidents occurred during receiving. Gives sanction to an erring personnel. 

• Led to ensure safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation and stock transfer.
• Monitored the work flow and oversaw daily picking operations, supervising up to 48 personnel for a national retail chain.
• Oversaw the timely loading of shipments according to daily truck schedules and inspects loading operations to ensure compliance with establised shipping procedures. Ensure accurate completion of shipping documents including obtaining required signatures/acknowledgements. 
• Played a key-role in the opening of a new facility in LIIP – Laguna, in the year 2016.
