- Manage and prioritize the backlog of custom projects, work with SCRUM teams to plan functionality for Sprints and bring it to delivery;
- Oversee development and testing and track feature execution; assess risks and come up with solutions to address/mitigate them; ensure that all issues and questions are resolved and functionality is accepted by the client;

- Establish a new department for Mobile Banking Professional Services based on the goals and needs identified by company leadership;
- Assemble a team of front-end and back-end developers, Quality Assurance and other engineers, managers. Responsible for department staffing – including recruitment and on-boarding;
- Manage day-to-day activities of team members by setting work schedules, hosting one-on-one meetings, setting personal goals, and assisting with professional growth;
- Responsible for the department budget and for delivering financial reports to company leadership;
- Establish internal and external policies and procedures for the department, including interactions with Account Management and Sales departments, implementation team, and other product teams;
- Manage the pipeline for custom mobile banking software development requests: review initial client requests and meet with clients (Financial Institutions) to discuss requirements and timelines
- Manage and coordinate estimations with product managers and development team; work closely with clients and account managers to turn requests into executed contracts;
