• Serve as liaison between the OSU Foundtion and OSU, by providing various reports and answering questions from university staff at all levels
• Train new employees as needed for accounting function
• Lead the annual aduit and planning process including coordiantion and preparation of workpapers, schedules, and financial statements

• Responsible for accurate and timely monthly closing process and preparation and review of monthly journal entries and reconciliations
• Responsible for review, approval, and data entry of project transfers
• Reconciliation of endowment investments with Trustee bank
• Quarterly allocation of investment revenue
• Reconciliation of all bank accounts
• Assists with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Monitor accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS, and non-profit accounting requirements
