• Ensure the SAL with customer and coordinate with vendors.

• Customize the server component based on customer requirements such as the hard disk, RAM and CPU.
• Set up the OS that the customer required such as CentOS, Window Server and VMWare.
• Updating the firmware, BIOS for the server / switch.
• Networking such as the VLAN, ACL and BGP.
• Task coordinator between each department such as assign the task for different department from order received until server handover to customer.

• Working in Data Center Environment in Team Setup and maintain Data Center equipment such as,Server’s,networking peripherals,data center temperature,aircond,chiller
• Manage AD server for create,remove,adding new user or existence user for group network
• Liase with level 2 for group policies implementation
• Preventive maintanence for all server’s,Switches,router’s also all Network item in data center,and user workstation eg:desktop and laptop
• Liase with Vendor,Supplier for any Maintenance Job
• Install New Peripheral for New client in Data Center eg: Server’s,Cabling,Rack Management
• Helpdesk Support and Maintain SLA to resolved cases

• Installation/maintenance/upgrading of Wateen (ISP) Data Center Servers running different OS i.e. Solaris/Linux/WIN on SUN and intel platforms for WiMAX project.
• Installation and day-to-day configuration of Cisco software and modules such as CAR, CNR, SSG, CiscoWorks (LMS and  CiscoView), Cisco MARS, MRTG, CACTI, Nagios.
• Backup Cisco devices configuration using CiscoWorks LMS.
• Generating network traffic reports and changing the Cisco MARS configuration to optimize the bandwidth usage.
• Configure ASA and FWSM to ensure the network security and provisioning new derives. 
• Monitor network traffic and adjust system parameters to increase system performance.
• Installation and configuration of network and server monitoring tools i.e. MRTG, CACTI, Nagios.

• Administer servers including; Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows 2008 R2, ESXi 4.1 
• Administer virtual servers using VMware vSphere 
• Administer servers at remote datacenter and remote offices.  Coordinate with 3rd party vendors as needed 
• Administer large Active Directory environment 
• Administer Dell/EMC Storage and Pillar arrays 
• Perform daily backups, archive and restores using NetBackup 
• Generate data center reports on power, disk and memory consumption
