- Maintain Fixed Assets Register in financial system, process records of acquisition, improvement, disposals and depreciation;
- Development of appropriate finance procedures, providing suggestions to management for best business practices;
- Identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes;
- Assisting in managing grant contracts from financial perspective.;
- Undertaking monthly balance sheet reconciliations and perform regular audit, e.g. payroll audit;
- Assisting the Senior Management Team in developing unit costing and product pricing model and monitoring key indicators.

- Preparation of monthly budget and financial management reports for Board and provide summary and variance analysis of actual vs. budget;
- Preparation of Annual Statutory Financial Reports and fulfill the requirements of annual auditing;
- Preparation and lodgement of monthly BAS and yearly FBT return;
- Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances;
- Supervise other accounts staff and monitor transactions from all sources, including accounts receivable, payable, fixed assets and payroll;
- Identify errors and perform adjustments if necessary;
- Maintain general ledgers and perform general journal entry to ensure the accurate balance of AAWA books;
