- Advanced knowledge supporting Mac and Windows workstations.
- Experience with maintaining Windows file servers and using Active Directory.
- Ability to setup backup utilities and software for cloud storage.
- Excellent client relations skills and experience with working one on one with users both remotely and in the field.
- Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers, and being able to respond quickly and efficiently.
- Trained CompTIA A+ technician
