•  Mentoring of new CTAs.

• Achieved regular project milestones from feasibility to the study start-up processes and presented to Managers, and Directors via trip reports and presentation
• Developed strong therapeutic knowledge while working with diversified drug development teams, physicians and specialists
• Analyzed clinical trial data using business applications and provided key elevating insights to the trial management teams and suggested possible system improvisations
• Assist in training and orienting new staff. 

•  Assist and support study members in clinical trial monitoring with   administration tasks and tracking.
•  Accompany study members on site visits to assist with clinical           monitoring duties.
•  Create and distribute minutes and agendas for Sponsor meetings. 
• Assist CPM with recruitment tracker with quick turnaround and   delivery to sponsor.  Liaising closely with site staff to ensure that all  data is current and up to date. 
• Coordination of subject screening forms with site staff and                medical  monitor to ensure efficient recruitment process.
• Liaising and coordinating investigator product orders with                  pharmacy staff and ensuring smooth delivery to meet recruitment  demands.
• Assisting with study audits, completing electronic filing and                reconciliation for delivery to sponsor within the deadline.
