• Refer clients to community resources for services such as job placement,  housing, medical treatment, or financial assistance, and provide concrete information, such as where to go and how to apply.
• Develop and review goal plans in consultation with clients, and perform follow-ups.

• Oversee the daily performance of electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Answer user inquiries regarding our system, trouble shoot to  resolve problems and have it be more user friendly for providers and medical staff.
• Develop training materials and procedures and train users in the best practice for using the system and patient documentation. 
• Implement new workflows to meet meaningful use.

• Provider On-Boarding and training for a regional medical group on Cerner EMR as well as peripherals, e.g Dragon Voice Dictation.
• Internal and External IT and Clinical Informatics meetings and governance contributions for optimization.
• Working with cross-functional teams on low-medium complexity projects to promote interoperability amongst EMR and foreign systems.
• Project management of low-medium complexity project at both regional and corporate levels.
